Maldives Supreme Court rejects plea to annul Presidential polls 700 01
Maldives Supreme Court on Sunday rejected a petition filed by outgoing President Abdulla Yameen to annul the September presidential election. 

The five-member bench of the Supreme Court held that Yameen’s claim that the poll was rigged was not substantiated with evidence.
