Protest against Rohingya refugees opposite Boosa camp banned

An order has been issued by the Galle Court restraining the holding of protests before the Boossa detention camp against the Rohingya refugees.

The Rohingya refugees were transferred to the Boosa detention camp on September 26, after a group of radical monks and a large mob caused a commotion in front of a safe house that the refugees were stationed at. The refugees included a contingent of 14 children, 7 women and 7 men.
