TNA unity unsustainable if no confidence is not withdrawn: Suresh

EPRLF Leader Suresh Premachandran has stated that the unity among the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) could not be sustained among the allies, even in Parliament, unless the No-Confidence Motion against Northern Province Chief Minister C. V. Wigneswaran is not withdrawn.

He has pointed out that the vote of no confidence has been drawn up by ITAK councilors without consulting the constituent parties. EPRLF, ITAK, PLOTE and TELO are the constituent parties in the TNA. The motion has been signed mainly by the ITAK members. If the vote of no confidence motion is not withdrawn the TNA would not be able to keep its allies together in Parliament as well.
