Reports of postponement of 2020 G.C.E. Advanced Level examination is false … Dullas Alahapperuma

Minister of Education Dullas Alahapperuma has denied reports in the media regarding the postponement of 2020 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.

He made this observation during a press briefing at the Department of Government Information on Wenesday, April 1. During the briefing, he reiterated that no decision whatsoever has been taken on postponing the 2020 G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.

He urged the students preparing to face the 2020 Advance Level examination not entertain any doubts with regard to this and that it should not interfere with their studies. They should concentrate on their studies.

He added that steps were being taken to release the results of the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination before April 30.
