Court allows Alles to travel abroad for medical treatment


Colombo High Court Judge Vikum Kaluarachchi has allowed an application made by Tiran Alles to go abroad for medical treatment during the period between December 10 and January 4, 2018.

In this case, Attorney General has indicted Alles and three others allegedly for abuse of about Rs. 200 million, given to RADA to rehabilitate tsunami victims in the north and the east.

Following the Court order, his passport was released from Court custody, and the Commissioner General of Emigration and Immigration was informed of the same.

Nalin Laduwahetty, President's Counsel appeared for Alles.
