Suspects alleged to have links with National Thowheeth Jamaath extended

Batticaloa Magistrate Rizwan has further remanded 63 suspects including three women arrested over alleged links to the banned National Thowheeth Jama’ath (NTJ) until December 19.

They were taken into custody following the Easter Sunday attacks in April this year. The suspects were alleged to have received arms training prior to the arrest.
